Besnik Lucca was the most dangerous criminal in all of Cardiff, if not Wales, in the early 21st century.
Lucca was born in the mid-1960s in Latvia. However, he left the country as soon as possible to seek asylum in the United Kingdom because of his enemies in Latvia.
Physically, he was tanned and muscular. He had dark hair. He used his looks to attract younger women. He always dressed in a crisp linen shirt and an Armani suit. He drove a Porsche.
