V16 was a Voc aboard Storm Mine 4. It performed a massage for Borg, despite Chub's claim that robots had been known to tear off arms in doing so, but V16 performed this duty admirably.
V16 worked on the control deck. When the motors became jammed, it reported on their increase to 85% above safety and again gave account when they were restored within normal bounds.
