:Yeah...it looks fine enough. There might be some repitiion in article that list the actor's roles in the body of the article. But it seems okay. As for doing it for the rest (which are rather a lot if you intend to do this for all the :Category:Doctor Who guest actors as well. Or will this just be for actors who have held multiple roles in Doctor Who (there's plenty of them in the guest actors category anyways)? Perhaps see what others think.

:So if it does get implemented it needs to be a blanket, not just a few here and there, other wise the rest will look a little odd. --Tangerineduel 13:00, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

:Table form looks alright - would definitely help see roles quickly and in a simple manner. However - If the actor has only one role it would be a bit redundant to have a table of one entry. Also, for Doctor actors articles and companion actor articles you'd end up with material that exists in other pages (Tv Stories, season articles, List of character appearances). Good idea in principle, but there would probably be too many cases where it's not really needed. Odd one, this.  I'm honestly not sure where to put it.  On the one hand, the idea of putting roles in table form never panned out as a policy, although you will find some actors, like Mark Gatiss, where there overall contributions are so diverse that a table is required just to make sense of it. On the other hand, the infobox for actors does indeed include a field for listing their roles in DW quite easily.  But as this thread was proposing proper tables in the body of articles, I'd have to say this is a failed proposal.  18:10:58 Thu&nbsp;26 May 2011&nbsp;</span>

My idea is for each article here abouts actors to have a list of all the roles they've had in Doctor Who. So you both have mention in the top half of the article and a list of all the roles in a some what simplier form. An example of what this looks like is on the following pages I've edited:

I think this idea would be great as I've seen it done in Doctor Who magazine. So can we do this for the rest? --Vitas 11:36, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
