This category lists people who wrote forewords for Telos novellas. Generally, the people tapped to do so had no other writing experience in the DWU at the time — with the notable exceptions of Andrew Cartmel, Steve Gallagher and Justin Richards. A few others, like Neil Gaiman and John Ostrander, would go on to make their own contributions to the fiction of Doctor Who.
However, for most of the people on this list, their foreword remains their only contribution to the DWU.
