The Finliri were a race that were neutral during the Fifth Axis' occupation of the Braxiatel Collection.
When Martlak of the Axis wanted to destroy alien artefacts on the Collection, Irving Braxiatel persuaded him to sell them to the Finliri instead. He had Bev Tarrant bring the artefacts to the Finliri ships via Ormand-Seltec flyer, then she would leave the flyer on the ship and come back by escape pack.
