Viscount Gothard was the governor of the Darkheart colony. He had not aged over the last three hundred years due to the effects of the Darkheart. He was killed by Koschei in self-defence when he did not succumb to hypnosis after he saw Ailla and remembered seeing her with the Federation party. (PROSE: The Dark Path)
