Jival Chowdry ran a little photocopy business on Merchant Street, London, in June 2007. Sylvia Noble knew of him through her friend, Suzette. She tried to persuade her daughter, Donna Noble, to drop in for an introduction. However, a traffic jam prevented her turning right towards Chowdry's business, so Donna decided to turn left towards H.C. Clements. (TV: Turn Left)
