Ruta III or Ruta Prime (AUDIO: In 2 Minds) was an icy world, though still within a range tolerable to humans. The only known inhabitants were the Rutan Host, which evolved from aquatic lifeforms and adapted to land. (TV: Horror of Fang Rock) The Rutan Queen lived on the planet. Without her, the Rutan Host would have fallen apart. (PROSE: Shakedown)
