Dalek Vision Disruptor was a device created by the Eleventh Doctor to blind Daleks. It was constructed by a salvaged Dalek gun and a Dalek eyestalk on Kaalann on Skaro. Amy Pond connected the Dalek Vision Disruptor to the old Dalek Emperor's pedestal, blinding the Supreme Dalek and his army so that the Doctor freed Eye of Time the Daleks possessed and negating the alternate timeline.
