Small, purple creatures with large eyes, a reptilian tongue and trunk-like arms attempted an invasion of Earth in [[2012]]. Landing in [[Los Angeles]] these shapeshifters set up a base in the Cauldron clinic after capturing and assuming the identity of [[Cauldron|Doctor Cauldron]] there, under the pretence of curing the common cold, more bodies (or patients), were captured and stored in hibernation pods.
