Stephen Payne (died 23 July 2021[1]) was the co-founder of the Doctor Who Appreciation Society.
He was also a stills photographer for Reeltime Pictures in a number of their Doctor Who Myth Makers documentaries and he voiced the Doctor in the first Audio Visuals story "The Space Wail".
