Originally Navigational Officer on a spaceship, the ''Hydrax'', in [[E-Space]], '''MacMillan''' (eventually '''Camilla'''), along with two other officers, ruled the planet she landed on, from the Tower, through keeping the population in a constant fear of The Wasting as [[Zargo]]'s Queen. Achieving immortality through a race known as the [[Great Vampire]]s, over the years MacMillan became known as "Camilla", together with Zargo, forbidding all knowledge. Camilla eventually dies when [[Fourth Doctor|the Doctor]] launches one of the shuttles into the heart of the Great Vampire, causing Camilla, Zargo, and [[Aukon]] to lose their immortality, subsequently ageing to death. Lauren MacMillan was Navigational Officer aboard the Hydrax. A human who fell into E-Space through a CVE, Lauren assumed the name Camilla as one of the Three Who Rule. She was the consort of Zargo, the ship's former captain.

The Hydrax crossed from N-Space into E-Space, where the crew found a primitive planet. Turned into vampires by the Great Vampire, they controlled the natives for a thousand years until the arrival of the Fourth Doctor, who killed the Great Vampire and the Three Who Rule. She aged, decayed and crumbled into dust. (TV: State of Decay)
