Character Options manufactured Doctor Who action figures in the 12" scale, which tied into the 2006 and 2007 series of Doctor Who. However, no new additions have been added to this range since 2007, though the line of action figures by Character Options continued. In 2018, Character Options released a 10" version of the thirteenth Doctor that was in-scale with the 12" figures.
