He then sees the robot, and also cries for help, a cry that is noticed by the Doctor, who believes that it is coming from the back of a building, where he sees the robot. Robot King was a Second Doctor comic story first published in The Dr Who Annual 1970.

The Second Doctor, Jamie and Zoe have landed at Hope City. Jamie, scouting ahead, notices that no one is around and the city is in ruins before deciding to reunite with the Doctor and Zoe.
