Romilly was a service technician on Onyakis. He helped the Sixth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard open a view port. He told the Doctor and Charley about what they were mining. He fell off a ledge and was thought to be dead. In fact he was hybridised with the Kroton, and wanted to destroy them. (AUDIO: Return of the Krotons)
