Santa Maria was a donkey that belonged to Ana Maria Carla Perez de Calixtro. After her first donkey, Santa Rosa, died, Ana took Santa Maria with her while she visited her father's grave every Christmas morning. One year, an earthquake destroyed the cemetery, and the Fourth Doctor was trapped in a hole. Ana used Santa Maria to help pull him out. (PROSE: Callahuanca)
