Hi. I'm a parent writing on behalf of my oldest son. He adores Doctor Who. He spends every last cent buying old Target paperbacks. He makes homemade birthday cards for me featuring Daleks. He loves the Tardis Wikia page and has contributed to it a lot. He was recently blocked by an admin named Shambala108 for 'inserting gibberish into multiple pages'. It is block ID 6084. My son was very upset. It turns out that his little brother used his ipad to insert the word 'poop' (yes, I know) into two pages. He swears it was only two pages. He has been punished. No more ipad use or allowance for him for two weeks. He is sorry for what he did and actually cried when his brother and I yelled at him about it.
I do not use Wikipedia much myself. I use computers enough at work that I like to avoid them at home. But I am trying to resolve this for my older son. He is a good kid and you probably have ways of seeing his usual contributions to your site.
I searched the regular wikipedia site to find out how to request the block be lifted. I explained - briefly - what happened and promised that it won't happen again. I also urged my older son to create his own account so that no one else can mess up things in his name. However, the block will not allow him to do so.
I have also tried to contact Shambala108 as per instructions in the red block box. But it sends me to her Talk page and when I try to leave a message, it tells me I am blocked. Catch-22. As much as I want to resolve this on behalf of my upset child, I can't keep working on this issue.
Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to have this resolved? Or how I can contact Shambala108 despite the block? I do not fault her for blocking the IP address. My son should not have entered 'poop' into the pages. Believe me, I am not happy about that either and it won't be happening again. He understands that someone had to take time out of their life to delete his mischief.
The relevant info is - block ID 6084 and IP address 216.36.2.169
Thank you in advance for any help. It's much appreciated.

Thanks for your edits! We hope you'll keep on editing with us. This is a great time to have joined us, because now you can play the Game of Rassilon with us and win cool stuff! Well, okay, badges. That have no monetary value. And that largely only you can see. But still: they're cool!

Thing is, though, to play the game, you do need to be logged in.

Don't get us wrong: you don't need to have a registered account to make a lot of great edits around here. But you may find that there are good reasons to create an account. For a start, we could call you by a name instead of 216.36.2.169.

Even if you decide not to register, you should be aware that we've got a couple of important quirks for a Wikia wiki.
British English, please
We generally use British English round these parts, so if you're American, please be sure you set your spell checker to BrEng, and take a gander at our spelling cheat card.
Spoilers aren't cool
We have a strict definition of "spoiler" that you may find a bit unusual. Basically, a spoiler, to us, is anything that comes from a story which has not been released yet. So, even if you've got some info from a BBC press release or official trailer, it basically can't be referenced here. In other words, you gotta wait until the episode has finished its premiere broadcast to start editing about its contents. Please check the spoiler policy for more details.
Other useful stuff
Aside from those two things, we also have some pages that you should probably read when you get a chance, like:

If you're brand new to wiki editing — and we all were, once! —  you probably want to check out these tutorials at Wikipedia, the world's largest wiki:
