Isabelle Defries was an agent for Earth's Office of External Operations. She was sent to investigate Arcadia, the Spinward Corporation planet about which the least was known. Also, she was tasked to find a missing team that had been sent previously. Ace was part of the expedition, which for her was three years after she had left the Seventh Doctor and Bernice Summerfield on Heaven. (PROSE: Deceit)
