Theory:Doctor Who television discontinuity and plot holes/Flatline

• After the train get flattened, Clara finds the Tardis in siege mode, and the run. Next thing we know they are in an office. Then, Rigsy has the time to draw the fake door, then they find there way back to the tunnel. This whole time the 2D beings are no where to be seen, but at every other point in the chase they were always seconds, or at most, a minute or two behind.

They were hiding from the beings. We don't know how long all of that took, but it didn't have to be more than a few minutes total.

• If the driver of the train got out using the front door of the Train's Cab, why did Rigsy run to use the back door rather than just using the train door right next to them?

Maybe the door locked shut afterwards, or maybe Rigsy decided the back door would be a safer exiting point.

• Not a discontinuity per say, but is the TARDIS Siege cube normally hand held sized, or was that due to the external dimensions being leached in the first place? So in under circumstances, would the siege cube be quite large to match the size of the normal TARDIS?

I'd imagine that it was only small because the external dimensions had been leached and so under normal circumstances, it would be normal TARDIS size.

• Why does the TARDIS require life support to be inside of? Is it because it's in Siege mode and is completely sealed (and the support is failing because the dimensions are being leeched)? I can't really remember another time the TARDIS life support system has ever been brought up.
