Kemel Rudkin was a technician aboard the Wheel.
Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]
By 2000, (TV: The Mind Robber; AUDIO: Prison in Space) 2079 (AUDIO: The Dying Light) or later, (PROSE: The Indestructible Man) Kemel Rudkin was working on the Wheel as a technician. (PROSE: The Wheel in Space)
Rudkin quickly took off his headphones when Jamie McCrimmon used the Time Vector Generator from Silver Carrier and told Leo Ryan of the noise which Tanya Lernov told Jarvis Bennett had hurt him. As a result, he was carried away to the medical bay to see what Dr Gemma Corwyn could do for him. Dr Corwyn took him off of communications but allowed him to continue work, Jarvis later sending him to the power room to assist Bill Duggan.
