Synaptrol was a drug derived from the Lethe flower that inhibited telepathic abilities when administered. Skagra used it on a member of the Sisterhood of Karn to enable him to capture and torture her to gain information on The Worshipful and Ancient Law of Gallifrey. (PROSE: Shada)
