Dawn's partner was a human who had two children.
Dawn was about to give birth with her expectant husband in a UK hospital and called on the intercom for a midwife. Several people entered and gave post-war advice on how to give birth. Dissatisfied, the couple tried the intercom again, this time asking for a Doctor. The TARDIS materialised and the Eleventh Doctor emerged.
