Abraxas Security Systems was a security company created in the 16th century. An Abraxas program was used in Kahler-Jex's spaceship, giving an alarm and exploding in 10 seconds without a password. The Eleventh Doctor accidentally activated it when he was investigating Kahler-Jex's ship, but was able to turn it off with his sonic screwdriver. Kahler-Jex later used it to commit suicide, reactivating it and allowing it to blow up the ship. (TV: A Town Called Mercy)
