The scatter bomb was a distinctive Angvian weapon. When trying to stop the peace treaty between the Angvians and Gholos on Dark Space 8, Loozly obtained a scatter bomb so the Angvians would be blamed. According to one account, they were first developed by Davros on Skaro, as a member of the Scientific Elite, during the Thousand Year War. In time, they were in use by both the Kaleds and the Thals. (AUDIO: Guilt)
