Matt O'Toole has worked on two Doctor Who stories. He was the prosthetics technician on Evolution of the Daleks and later he was on set prosthetics supervisor for Blink.

According to Chris Chibnall, his hand was used as a model for the Doctor's spare hand in the jar. He attended the Doctor Who/Torchwood Comic-Con panel on 26 July 2007 with Chibnall, Richard Stokes and Noel Clarke.[1]
