Panacea was a planet of healing. In a manner not dissimilar to how the Fifth Doctor was always trying to get Tegan to Heathrow Airport, the Tenth Doctor made several attempts to get Majenta Pryce to Panacea. (COMIC: The Age of Ice, Ghosts of the Northern Line, The Crimson Hand) They believed that Panacea would be able to restore the memories that she had lost as a result of the Knowsall device controlled by the Memeovax at Thinktwice prison.
