Rebecca Young, nicknamed "Bex", was a human from the 21st century.

She went backpacking for three months in 2011. While working as a temp at the London Technology Museum later that year, she was attacked by the Koggnossenti. She didn't like the new technology and was happy with her old phone. She helped the Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble in their investigations.
