Harry was a Nu-Human. He was a friend of Trevor Reardon.
The alien DNA inside his body caused diseases and mental deterioration. He became murderous and attacked the Eleventh Doctor. Trevor Readon wanted to use Rory Williams' DNA to heal the diseases. (AUDIO: The Nu-Humans)
