Colonel Anatoli Roskov was a military officer in the Soviet Union. After the breakup of the Soviet Union, he became the commander of the Nevchenka Nuclear Missile Installation in southern Krejikistan.

One of Roskov's ancestors, St John Ross, became mentally linked to the Khameirians, whose influence continued through the generations. In 1998, he helped in the plan to reconstitute them by starting a nuclear war. He was killed with his nephews Gregor and Ivan after firing the nuclear missiles to start that war. (PROSE: Option Lock)
