Ian McKinnell was a photographer and image manipulator for Doctor Who. His worked featured in Radio Times.

In 2013, the "Vote Dalek" cover he'd designed for the May 2005 issue of Radio Times was named "Cover of the Century" by the Professional Publishers Association.[1]
