Because of the ferocity of the war, no one had visited Biblios for years until the [[Fourth Doctor|the Doctor]] and [[K-9]] arrived on the planet. Once he learned of the situation, the Doctor contacted the Vromyx and Garynth and told them that he was a powerful warlord who easily passed through their blockade and had gained access to Biblios' super-weapon data. The Doctor then blew up the building alleged to house the data telling the Vromyx and Garynth that he would be the only one to ever have it.
