Rhiannon Davies (née Jones), also known as Rhi, was the sister of Torchwood member Ianto Jones.

Rhiannon was the daughter of Glenda Jones and her husband and sister of Ianto. (TV: Children of Earth: Day One) She locked herself in the bathroom as a child (AUDIO: Disco [+]Loading...["Disco (audio story)"]) and once went snorkelling in Greece with her family. (AUDIO: The Sin Eaters)
