Terileptus 9 was a planet which, according to the Tenth Doctor, housed a building called the Eminesence Gallery that contained work similar to some of the robotic artwork in London's Technology Museum in 2011. (AUDIO: Technophobia)

"Terileptus" is an already established planet in the series. It is the home of the Terileptils. It is unknown if Terileptus 9 is related to this planet, although there are hints to the Terileptil's love of art through the Eminesence Gallery.
