Harry Hill wrote and appeared in the Doctor Who crossover episode The Harry Hill Show: Episode 3.1 which featured Nicholas Courtney as Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart. He also wrote Lords and Ladies which he also played Davros alongside Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor.

In the film Professor Branestawm, Hill's character of Professor Branestawm is seen to have built and own a TARDIS.
