Mrs Hamillwas an elderly woman living in Upper Leadworth. Along with the other pensioners of the town, she lived in a home.
In the Dream Lord's fictional world, Mrs Hamill was taken over by an Eknodine, an alien race who lived in the bodies of the elderly, keeping them alive much longer than usual. She greeted Rory by saying, "Hello Doctor", which confused the Eleventh Doctor. Later, as Amy and Rory were returning to their house, Mrs Hamill approached them.
