Nellie Gusset was the mother of Emma Buller and the mother-in-law of Joseph Buller.
Prior to the deaths of her daughter and son-in-law in 1889, she had lived with them at 14 Fish Lane for six months. PC Quick informed Mrs Gusset of Buller's death and shared several drinks with her to help her get over the shock. (TV: The Talons of Weng-Chiang)
