Symon was a boy from Christmas on Trenzalore. He informed the Eleventh Doctor about the sudden blizzard, and later the equally sudden stop of the blizzard after the Doctor repaired the Snow Farm. He was later present outside the Clock Tower when the Doctor warned the townsfolk about the imminent Ice Warrior attack. (PROSE: Let it Snow)
