Alek Zenos was the owner of the Zenos Corporation in 1987. He was supposedly working with the Daleks to help them invade the Earth through economic circumstances. However, Zenos was actually working against the Daleks by secretly aiding the Thal resistance on Callico Nine where the Daleks had based themselves. Zeno devised a plan to use Warfleet to make the Daleks leave Skaro defenceless so that the Thals could destroy the Daleks.

However, whilst Zenos succeeded in helping the Seventh Doctor escape Callico Nine so he could return to Earth and destroy the Dalek's drone fleet, Zenos' treachery was betrayed to the Daleks by Celia Dunthorpe. The Daleks subsequently exterminated Zenos and promoted Dunthorpe to take his place as their lead agent on Earth. (AUDIO: We Are The Daleks)
