PanoptiCon was a series of science fiction conventions run by the Doctor Who Appreciation Society. They started in 1977, and the one held on 6 August is considered the first Doctor Who convention.[1]

The Society ran the PanoptiCon series of conventions for at least twenty-five years.[1][2][3][4]

Several interviews for the Myth Makers series, including PanoptiCon 93, were conducted at various PanoptiCons.[5][6]
