Richard Martin is a sculptor and prosthetics technician for Millennium FX. He's worked on a number of episodes of Doctor Who.

Though he's gone completely uncredited, Martin's work on Doctor Who has included the Smilers for The Beast Below, Liz 10's mask in the same episode, Edwin Bracewell's metal chest for Victory of the Daleks, the Silurian helmets for The Hungry Earth / Cold Blood, and the opening Cyberman head for The Pandorica Opens.[1]

He also sculpted the Vigil for The Rings of Akhaten,[2] and masks, as well as prosthetic make-up, for a number of crowd aliens in the same story.[1]
