Detective Sergeant Mark Sing was a Hong Kong policeman. He was part of the Independent Committee Against Corruption. He and his partner Katie Siao were assigned to investigate the death of Ah Wing. When it looked like she was involved with the Tao Te Lung, he was forced to arrest her. (PROSE: Bullet Time)
