Drew was an undercover agent.
He posed as a tourist on Jenggel, claiming to be from Magnow, an Earth colony just outside the Jenggel system. He wanted to get captured by the Operaki Papul Gallaki so he could find the Krallik. Once he had been brought to the Krallik, he signalled the Dogs. Pan did not like him, and when he boasted he was part of their team and "one of the boys", Pan killed him. (PROSE: Combat Rock)
