Urak was the leader of the the Rani's Tetrap servants on Lakertya.
Serving the Rani faithfully at first, Urak was outraged to learn that the success of her plan would mean the death of all the Tetraps on the planet. After the Rani was defeated by the Seventh Doctor, Urak and his Tetraps kidnapped her and took her back to Tetrapyriarbus, where they forced her to solve their resource shortages.
