Gwynfor Ivor Evans, (PROSE: The Ambush!) often just called Gwyn, (PROSE: Downtime) came from Llanfairfach (PROSE: The Feast of Evans) and had a half-sister: Sally Wright. (PROSE: Night of the Intelligence) He trained in Military Engineering (Combat), something which his father believed was foolish, (PROSE: The Ambush!) and became a private (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Web of Fear) and sapper in Royal Engineers Corp, 33 Regiment.
