Johnny Skipton was a 20th century Earth sailor.

During one of Elliot Payne's early time travel experiments, (AUDIO: Chronoclasm) he rescued Skipton from drowning on the sinking ship MTB Heroic on 20 April 1958 and brought him back to the 1890s. The alteration in history caused the ghosts of his dead crewmates to follow him, trying to make him die as intended. Leela, Henry Gordon Jago and George Litefoot convinced Skipton to accept his fate and return to the ship to die. (AUDIO: Dead Men's Tales)
