Ken Temple was a brilliant wealthy industrialist.

Temple's entire family was killed in the Blitz while he was serving in the Royal Navy. He was offered the position of Intrusion Countermeasures Group's scientific advisor prior to Rachel Jensen but refused.

He created the town of Pelage. It was part of his plan to terraform Earth, while mutating its population so a portion could eventually move to Venus. He was stopped by the Intrusion Countermeasures Group in 1964. (AUDIO: The Pelage Project)
