Panun E'Ni was the leader of the Silurian Southern Clan. He conquered much of Earth and ruled cruelly for a brief period until his defeat at the hands of Tun W'lzz. This event was depicted in the Hall of Heroes. (PROSE: The Scales of Injustice)
