Stephen Neal was the director for K9's Question Time.
Originally graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in Electronics and Engineering in 1993, Neal joined the BBC as a unit assistant for BBC science programmes. He would later move onto being a BBC news director, and then in 2007, he took up a position as a regular live studio and outside broadcast director for BBC's factual content.
