Bernard Wilkie (27 March 1920-2 May 2002[1]) was the visual effects designer on six Doctor Who stories during the Second and Third Doctor's eras. He also worked on a number of other notable BBC series, including Monty Python's Flying Circus, Quatermass and the Pit and Quatermass II (in which he also had a small uncredited role).

In the 2017 Doctor Who TV story Twice Upon a Time, his name appeared on the First Doctor's TARDIS console as one of the labels on the console above a handle.
