Ezekiel Child was a human who was afflicted with Jeapes' Syndrome.

He was born in 1980. In 1999 Child was exposed to a massive dose of temporal energy from Lord Roche's collapsing TARDIS. This made him the source of a time fracture stretching from 1999 back to 1972. During this period when he was awake, he would experience time in reverse. Thus by 1972 he was forty-six years old. Memories would alter in Child and those that knew him, the universe adjusting to accommodate the changes.

The Third Doctor was eventually able to stop the events that led to the destruction of Roche's TARDIS. This changed the timeline so that Child was cured of Jeapes' Syndrome and lived a normal life, forward in time. (PROSE: The Suns of Caresh)
